Nothing particualarly artisitic or anything, just a bunch of pics I wanna share to let friends/family and whoever else is interested to see the visuals I sometimes may experience. Dialup users may have some wait time, but I am trying to make sure all pics posted are of reasonable size. thats not to say my girlfriend will slip a 90 megabyte bitmap image in here though ;) We got an Olympus D550 digital camera for christmas in 2002 and I am still working out the intricacies of taking pics with it, so please excuse any horrible quality issue that arent due to compression. This also makes it easy to make a large quantity of poor shots compared to good ones. Just the sheer volume of pics I crank out is staggering and I am still of the mindset of posting everysingle one of them. Eventually though I will probably be pruning the list down to keep the amount of space and download times down. |

Here is a collection of Scanned images or web cam pics, as I find additional pictures worth scanning this section may grow. For now it looks like everything fits comftorably on one page: Scanned images or web cam pics

Here are some pics of my sis, sure to be interesting to most the l33t monkey spanking pr0n surfing 14 year olds out there. She is incredibly vain and takes any opportunity to have her picture taken. I keep threatening to post nekkid pics of her up one day;) : |
I had a problem with the screen on my new laptop and I took some pics to send to the tech I called to get it worked on. Since these are the only images I had on had of it, I thought I'd post it up: Dell inspiron 8200 Laptop |
We went to Newport on the Levee, I was hoping to get some good pics of the cnci skyline from there, but the banks of the Ohio river had alot of powerlines and other obstructions. Some didnt turn out half bad. I wanted to get some pics in while the sun set, maybe of the stadiums, but we didnt stay late enough. Though there was some bad glare the stadium pics didnt turn out half bad: |
She wanted an aquarium for christmas so I got her a glass 75Gal one with a stand. Its been fun setting it up and looks pretty good in the room. Here's a few pics of us setting it up and adding our first batch of fish (tiger barbs). This sucks, our camera has no way to control shutter speed, other than preprogrammed modes, and there a pain to capture good pics of in slow shutter mode. So other than taking alot of pics and praying they dont move for about a half a second, most of them get a little blurred. |
Some more photo adventures. Our old camera
met an untimely feline demise, so we got a new one. I still havent worked
out all the nuances. We took a trip to the Cincinnati Museum Center/Union
terminal and decided to give it a good test. Its an olympic C770. Not bad,
but I still need to figure out all the settings. I think something I screwed
with is making them a little more fuzzy than they should be. Anyhow, here
they are:
She needed to go there for the cincinnati history museum. I want to go there to see the Natural history museum. Since we got there kinda late, we couldnt go to both. |
